Known for her precise coloratura and warm sound, Holtze has won the St. Croix Opera Competition (2023), Schubert Club Competition (2017), the Thursday Musical Competition (2019) and MN NATS Competition(2015, 16, 18.) Past roles include Little Red Riding Hood with Opera on the James (Little Red Riding Hood,) Zina (Dark Sisters,) Mabel (Pirates of Penzance,) Serpina (La Serva Padrona,) Eurydice (Orpheus in the Underworld,) Alicia (The House on Mango Street,) and Cinderella (Cendrillon; LOON English Adaptation.)
In 2025, Holtze joined Teatro Nuovo as a Resident Artist and covered Amina in La Sonnambula. She also joined Sioux City Symphony for their production of Carmen, Minnesota Opera for their concert production of Nymphs, Spinners & Witches and their workshop of The Many Deaths of Laila Starr, and premiered the role of Pina with Opera Reading Project's premiere performance of Offrenda.
